Community Engagement
Homelessness cannot be solved by one organization or entity; it will require the commitment of our entire community. That’s why we convene and collaborate with stakeholders across Silicon Valley to achieve this critical goal.
We work to educate and activate new partners, and bring more entities and individuals into our collective impact model. We also engage with residents throughout the community to become part of the solution and create a future where homelessness is rare, brief and non-recurring.

Housing Ready Communities
Our unique initiative brings together neighbors, community groups, nonprofits, government and housing developers to take action and support approval of new supportive housing and extremely low income affordable housing in Santa Clara County.
