Request for Information (RFI)

Destination: Home invests in organizations and programs with key strategic initiatives that will help end homelessness in Santa Clara County. In 300 words or less, write a brief description explaining how your current work aligns with one or more of our three areas of focus: 1) supportive and ELI housing development; 2) data and technology utilization; 3) homelessness prevention and housing stability. Staff will review your submission and may respond with additional questions. It should be noted, however, that not all submissions will receive additional correspondence.
