Happy Housers is our bimonthly happy hour where we engage elected officials, city/county staff, community members, and advocates in a relaxed setting to mix, mingle, and discuss prevalent housing topics in a laid-back setting. Each Happy Housers features an honored guest that’s making waves in the housing community. We welcome you to enjoy some food and libations! Members get a drink on us!
This Happy Housers we welcome Fahad Qurashi, South Bay Director at TechEquity Collaborative. The TechEquity Collaborative is a startup organization that educates and activates tech workers who think the Bay Area’s tech-driven economy can and should work for everyone. They believe the tech industry can be a force for broad-based opportunity rather than displacement and inequality. They focus on two issue areas: housing and workforce & labor. And they activate the community in three ways: awareness-raising, creating volunteer opportunities, and advocacy campaigns.
We hope you can join us! Members get a drink on us! RSVP today!
