North 1st Street Transit Village Plan: Community Workshop #2

October 21 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

More information: http://www.sanjoseca.gov/North1stVillage

Join the City of San Jose and neighbors in creating the North 1st Street Local Transit Village Plan that will guide future development within this local transit village. The area is envisioned with commercial and residential development.

When. To engage the public and enable input, we’re planning a series of community workshop meetings, with the second one on October 21, 2019. Each workshop is different. The workshops are designed so that everyone can share their ideas about the future of this area. We look forward to your input at our second workshop!

Purpose. The purpose of the secondworkshop is to discuss the different land uses (i.e., what type of businesses can be located where, densities, floor area ratios), building heights, transportation improvements, parks and open spaces, and amenities for the village area.
