Arleen has a strong background in banking, financial systems, investments, and office administration and management. She provides direct support to the chief executive officer, reports to the chief impact officer, manages communication with the Destination: Home Board of Directors, and provides administrative assistance to the entire organization. Prior to joining Destination: Home, Arleen worked with Raising A Reader as senior manager of administrative services and board liaison for six years. She also worked previously at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation in the investments and accounting departments.
Arleen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of the East in the Philippines. She began her career as a banker specializing in international trade finance.
