Make This Season of Giving a Season of Impact

This season, we’re reminded of what truly makes a community: people showing up for one another. In a year marked by challenge and change, the compassion and commitment of community organizations and neighbors continue to shine through.

At Destination: Home, we believe that ending homelessness is possible when we stand together. That’s why, instead of focusing on a single day of giving, we’re dedicating this December to a Season of Giving – a month to honor our local nonprofit partners who make lasting change every day and to invite all of us to be part of the solution.

Across Santa Clara County, organizations are connecting foster youth to stability, supporting seniors, welcoming immigrants, rebuilding lives after incarceration, and ensuring no one goes hungry – all of which are critical to ending and preventing homelessness. Their work is the heartbeat of our shared mission, and it continues even as federal cuts make it harder to sustain vital programs and services.

Now more than ever, these partners need our support.

This Giving Tuesday marks the start of our Season of Giving. Throughout December, we’ll be sharing stories from our nonprofit partners who are helping people across our community find stability, opportunity, and a home. Together, we can make this Season of Giving a season of impact.

If you’re in the position to do so, please consider giving to these vital community organizations during this Season of Giving:
