Maia Bookoff has over a decade of experience cultivating government agencies, private foundations, and corporations to invest in innovative, high-impact programs that make communities healthier and more vibrant. Prior to joining Destination: Home, Maia managed institutional fundraising at The Health Trust in San Jose, and was assistant director of development at the Fund for Public Health in New York City.
Maia earned a bachelor’s degree in urban studies and planning from the University of California (San Diego), and a master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work.
